Cleopatra Paige hates one thing in this world — just one — and his name is Zachariah Prince.
In grade school, he pulled at her pigtails. In middle school, he spread false rumors about her. And in high school, he ruined her prom.
She hates that his smirks are unfairly sexy. And she definitely loathes that his dark eyes seem to follow her everywhere. Sometimes, even in her dreams.
It doesn’t matter that he’s rich and popular or that he lives in a freaking mansion full of butlers and maids. He’s rude and arrogant, and she wants to stay as far away from him as possible.
But unfortunately for Cleo, she lives in the same freaking mansion as Zach.
Only he’s the prince and she’s the lowly maid who serves him.

Bad Boy Blues was sexy, sweet, and filled with angst! Kent writes torturously slow-burning love stories so wonderfully. The ending left me feeling sappy and happy. Cleo and Zach gave me a whirlwind of emotions and I ate up every word!
One thing I wasn’t a fan of was that all of Kant’s heroines are starting to feel the same. At least the ones I’ve read about. Layla from The Unrequited, Evie from Gods & Monsters, and Cleo from this story are all pretty similar. And I hate to say this- but they all seem a little childish. They weren’t bad characters. I LOVED Layla and Cleo is amazing, but I wish Kent would take a different route with her characterization. As for the men in her stories- they feel a little one-dimensional. Not super boring, but not all that memorable either.
Aside from that, I really loved this book. I loved that Cleo was fat and her body was embraced by herself and Zach. And she has blue hair! We need more fat rep in stories, especially in romances or stories that have romance in them. Because big bellies and big thighs are sexy too!!
Zach and Cleo might be my favorite couple from this author. They were just as cute as they were sexy. I loved all their little heartfelt moments. And the epilogue was perfection!
